The vehicle has a set of sensors (temperature, illumination, humidity, direction, visual surveillance etc.) to observe the environment and it autonomously makes decisions about its behavior and transmits the information of the environment to a human operator at a remote location.
The primary requirements of autonomy are to detect or sense changes and react to them without human intervention in a safe and efficient manner.
